This article is important because it describes how gouda is more cost-effective than the other cheeses. I will use this information to prove that Gouda is more economical. Home economics are a leading factor in purchasing. The author describes how higher income households select higher quality cheese, even if the cheese itself doesn't cost more, which is a weaker argument against the cost effectiveness of other cheeses. This argument supports my logos ideas.
